The MWM’s educational services were invited to give lectures on biodiversity of cetaceans. The lectures were held on:

November 27^th 2008 - EB1/ PE Caniçal – Lecture on water pollution involving 24 students of class 4ºB;

December 4^th 2008 - Information session on EBS School from Machico – Project Area  from 6º 1 class from 15:20 to 17:05, addressed subject: "Whales and dolphins: cetaceans from Madeira”;

April 24^th 2009 – Awareness activity on cetaceans’ biodiversity in the Secondary School of Santa Cruz, involving 27 students from 7th grade;

April 30^th 2009 – Activity awareness on biodiversity of cetaceans in Secondary School Jaime Moniz, involving 70 students;

May 22^nd 2009 - Celebration of the Biodiversity Day in EB2,3 school from Caniçal involving 55 students;
